Scheduling & Response
We operate on a first-come, first-served scheduling basis and provide service as quickly as availability allows.
Same-day service is available for urgent situations when scheduling permits. A same-day service fee applies and is required to prioritize scheduling outside of the standard queue.
Estimates & Diagnostics
We provide a written estimate based on visible conditions at the time of the on-site assessment. That estimate is non-negotiable.
If an unforeseen issue is discovered once work is underway, we stop, document what we found, and inform you of the updated cost before continuing. That updated cost is also non-negotiable. Why? Because if we found it, it cannot be left unaddressed and still meet code compliance. We will never knowingly leave your home in a condition that fails to meet code or safety standards — and we won’t pretend we didn’t see it.
