Your home should work for you — at every stage of life.
Restorer Property Services provides two distinct specialties under one roof: full-service plumbing and aging in place accessibility services. Whether you’re dealing with a plumbing issue or planning modifications that allow you or a loved one to live safely and independently at home, we bring the same standard of care to both.
Who we are
Every job is personally completed by our founder and licensed plumber — someone with over 20 years of experience in plumbing, property and hotel maintenance and management, and over 8 years of hands-on accessibility installation work. We don’t send subcontractors, journeymen, or techs. When you book with us, you get the best.
Our founder holds a Plumbing I Unlimited license and Universal EPA Certification — two credentials that reflect a standard of knowledge most residential and commercial clients never think to ask about, but should.
Plumbing services
We handle the full range of residential and commercial plumbing needs: remodels, repiping, clog removal, tank and tankless water heater installations and repairs, and hydro-jetting. If it involves your plumbing, we can assess it — thoroughly, honestly, and with the experience to back it up.
Aging in place accessibility services
Staying in the home you love as your needs change isn’t just a preference — for many people, it’s the plan. We install the modifications that make that possible: grab bars, tub cuts, accessible showers, barrier-free entry showers, and other safety and mobility upgrades designed to support independent living with dignity.
With over 8 years of dedicated accessibility installation experience, we understand that this work is personal. We take the time to assess your space and your needs carefully, so the solutions we recommend are the ones that will actually serve you.
Who we work with
We work with homeowners — including elderly homeowners planning for long-term safety and independence — landlords, business owners, and family members who are legally authorized to request and take financial responsibility for work on behalf of a loved one. If you are coordinating services on behalf of a loved one, we ask that you come prepared to confirm your authorization and your role as the responsible party before we begin.
Whoever you are, what you have in common with our clients is this: you value quality work, clear communication, and a professional you can trust to tell you the truth. You’re not looking for the lowest bid. You’re looking for the right outcome.
If you’re looking to negotiate on price, cut corners, or want a quick number over the phone, we’re probably not the right fit. But if you want to know what’s needed and what it will take to do it right — we’re who you’re looking for.
How our estimates work
We provide paid estimates, and we make no apology for it. A thorough on-site diagnosis requires time, expertise, and care. We come to your property, assess what’s actually there, and give you a complete and honest picture of the scope — based on what we can see at the time of the assessment — before any work begins
Our pricing is fair, straightforward, and non-negotiable. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t play games. The assessment fee reflects the real cost of a professional who shows up prepared and tells you the truth.
